Cancellation Policy
For your reference, our payment terms are as follows: More than 40 days before booking: 40% deposit required Less than 40 days to booking: Remaining 60% required Bookings made less than 40 days in advance: Full payment required Any additional costs incurred during the experience due to extras requested by the client will be invoiced after the experience and are payable upon receipt. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your trip, the following fees apply based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice: More than 40 days before departure: Loss of deposit and any reconnaissance costs Less than 40 days before departure: 100% of the total commission cost After the departure date: No refund
