CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 

More than 30 Days Before Experience:

If a client cancels more than 30 days before the start date, they forfeit the initial deposit, but no additional fees are charged. This acknowledges the effort put in by the company while still being fair to the client.

 

15 to 30 Days Before Experience:

Cancellation during this period results in a 50% charge of the total experience cost. This accounts for the more significant preparations and bookings that would have been made by this stage.

 

Less than 15 Days Before Experience:

If cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the experience begins, a 100% charge of the total cost is applicable. At this late stage, it’s unlikely that the company can recuperate costs or rebook the slot.

 

Exceptions Clause:

Consideration for partial refunds or credits for future experiences can be made in exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or family emergencies), at the discretion of the company.

 

Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances:

If the experience has to be canceled by the company due to unforeseen circumstances (like extreme weather or natural disasters), clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

This policy will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and included in all confirmation materials. We also encourage clients to consider insurance to cover any unforeseen personal circumstances that might lead to cancellation.
