Current Positions:
We’re looking for three Lodge Housekeepers for the 2025 season at a traditional working estate spanning 97,000 acres of breathtaking wilderness in a secluded part of the Scottish Highlands.
This role is ideal for those building hospitality experience before heading to the yachts or anyone seeking an escape from the sea to a wild and wonderful place. It’s a season of wholesome living in a truly remote and stunning environment.
We’re looking for individuals who thrive in remote locations and are passionate about working in a conservation-driven team.

Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Housekeeping & laundry – keeping our lodges warm, welcoming, and pristine.
✔ Breakfast preparation – plus occasional picnic lunches and hearty seasonal dinners.
✔ Estate experiences – as part of your working hours, you’ll also have the opportunity to:

Work with our Highland ponies

Spend time in the mountains with our stalking team

Assist in guest adventures across the estate
