MEET YOUR SPECIALISTS

Zeki Basan
Glacier Guide, Traditional Skills & Survival Expert
Your lead guide for this trip is Zeki Basan. His deep connection to this wild landscape is what sparked the journey that brings you here - into a place that has become a true home away from home.

Zeki is from the Highlands of Scotland where he has spent his life practicing, learning and teaching, old traditional survival skills. He has also spent time with First Nation and tribal communities in different parts of the world to increase his own knowledge and understanding of traditional survival.

In addition to his passion for traditional skills, he is an outdoor guide, leading groups in remote environments. And he has trained as a Glacier Guide in Iceland where he worked for several years leading groups on Europe's largest ice caps.

Zeki's passion for exploring wild places and utilising what nature provides is at the root of this journey. To give you a deeper understanding and connection with nature, you will have the opportunity to learn and practice traditional Greenlandic and Celtic skills.

ELIZA BROWN

Raised on a traditional working farm in Shropshire, with her heart now firmly rooted in the Scottish Highlands, Eliza's connection to nature is both deeply personal and profoundly diverse. Her journey has taken her across oceans aboard racing and expedition yachts and on immersive journeys into the wilderness.
These experiences have profoundly shaped her belief in the transformative power of reconnecting with the natural world.
